Bulldog
About the Bulldog
Originally bred for bull-baiting, a cruel sport banned in 1835. The breed was then refined to be gentle and docile. Winston Churchill was often associated with Bulldogs, symbolizing British resolve. Their pushed-in nose makes them prone to breathing difficulties and heat sensitivity. Cannot swim. Most Bulldogs are delivered by C-section due to their large heads. Despite their tough look, they are notorious couch potatoes.
