About the Wire Fox Terrier
Developed in England to bolt foxes from their dens during hunts. Has won more Best in Show titles at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show than any other breed. Snowy, the faithful companion of Tintin, is a Wire Fox Terrier, as was Asta in the Thin Man films. Its dense, wiry coat needs regular hand stripping. Energetic and curious, it loves to dig and chase.
