About the Whippet
The poor man racehorse in Victorian England. Can reach speeds of 56 km/h (35 mph), making them the fastest dog for their size. Despite their speed, they are champion couch potatoes at home. Often called the 45 mph couch potato. Rarely bark. Need a good sprint but are content to sleep the rest of the day. One of the few breeds where sleepiness is a breed trait.
